First 100 mile week

I’ve just completed my first 100 mile week! Granted the Exmoor Beast took two thirds of this distance. I made the rest up by doing a lunchtime ride with Mark and Alex plus riding to and from core stability.

Now I just got to try and keep replicating this. I’m thinking cycling to and from training each week should cover 80 miles. The return legs are going to be tough though, especially after 2-3 hours of rowing on weekends.
