This is going to be a hell of a year to organise! Rowing is going to be my primary sport but last nights L’Etape planning made me realise I’ve got very little time for cycling let alone running, swimming and the little thing called work.

So far I’m planning:

  • Monday – ????
  • Tuesday – Circuits (rowing)
  • Wednesday – Core stability (rowing)
  • Thursday
    • Morning or lunch – bike ride
    • Evening – Swimming or working late?
  • Friday – ????
  • Saturday
    • Morning – rowing
  • Sunday
    • Morning – rowing
    • Afternoon – bike ride?

I might take the opportunity to cycle to and from rowing on a weekend to get extra miles in. I could extend the route back.

I’m also considering night riding around areas with street lighting.
