Training round up

After the I didn’t think I’d be able to get back on the bike this week. My legs felt sore but when the opportunity arose for an evening group ride I thought I’d give it a go. We did a leisurly 26 miler but it was just what I needed. The legs loosened up and I enjoyed riding for the fun of it and chatting with the guys.

After a dissapointing race at I took my frustrations out on the road. I did another 26 miler in the beautiful sunshine. Felt great to be back in shorts and t-shirt without overshoes!  The day ended well as I got back early enough to get a free massage at Room2. Di wanted to use me to help with her training!
