Training round up
155 miles this week. 87 of those came from the . I’ve been enjoying getting out for more group rides with the lads and taking in some new routes. Where I can I’ve been adding in interval sprints on flat and hills.
I raised the handle bars this week by flipping the stem. This added about an inch height and has improved my riding position. I finished the Fondo in much less discomfort than normal.
