Training round up
Opted for a rest week after the and only did one ergo session to keep me going. I know rest weeks are good for you but I feel rubbish not doing exercise. Still I managed 103 miles this week from . Thats enough!
One tip – get a tri bag for your top tube. They’re superb. Granted you scrape your legs when standing but its a small prie to pay for having easy access to your gels and bars. Made a real difference to my usual tape it to the frame routine.
