Injuries

I’ve been suffering with a trapped nerve in my shoulder for a while and the day before the Boston Rowing Marathon it flared up to the point where I couldn’t move. Luckily I was able to get an emergency massage, where I was told the right side of my back was over developed from rowing and was pulling my weaker left side out of position.

I’m going for treatment later in the week so I hope its something that can be resolved with massages and careful training. I plan to switch to more core work and sculling over the winter.
