Worcester Training

We’re entered in for the Novice 4 and Senior 4 double at Worcester next week. Training ion both are going well. The double is remarkably balanced; I think the core stability work is paying off wonders.

We’ve not managed as many outings in the 4 but each time we do we improve. There’s some balance coming and the starts are getting there (mainly helped by Steve’s top tips). We all really want to win our Novices at Worcester and a £50 prize had only added to the desire.
