Another wet and windy one this year!
After a crowded start we settled into a good 7-7:20 min/mile pace. We hit 10k in 43 minutes, a pb for me. From mile 7 I got slight stitch and a tight ham string but pace remained the same. The turn onto the sea front after mile 8 was where it got tough, the wind was fierce. With a bit of help from the Rocky theme tune I kept my head up an put in a strong finish.

A killer pace, but well worth the pain… top 500 baby, woohoo!
