Ironman Nice training week 1
Its the first official week of training after entering the Ironman. My plan is to starw easy and build up after Christmas.
Been a bit of a quite one due to the two gigs this week but not a bad start with:
- 2 turbo trainier sessions of 30+ min
- 1k swim
- 2x 6k ergo
- touring ride with heavy load to visit friend (approx 20 miles in stages)
I’m not planning on running until after Christmas to give my foot time to full recover from .
